I've studied about yoga before. Yoga truly is a beneficial exercise. I get to meditate my mind and soul for quite some time. It also helps normalize my breathing and digestion. I would recommend the practice of yoga to all who are suffering from some kind of internal disorder.

My cousin has been thinking about getting into yoga because she wants to improve her flexibility to be better at rock climbing. Making sure that she can take some online classes could help keep her safe, while she practices. I liked what you said about how she can have a better energy level, sleep quality, strength, endurance, and flexibility.

I love that you pointed out that yoga can help improve one's balance and the systems of the body. I would suggest this to my mom because she is getting older now, and her organs might need to be maintained well before she even gets any health issues.
