I've studied about yoga before. Yoga truly is a beneficial exercise. I get to meditate my mind and soul for quite some time. It also helps normalize my breathing and digestion. I would recommend the practice of yoga to all who are suffering from some kind of internal disorder.

I like what you said about doing hot yoga to improve muscle tone. My sister has been telling me about how she wants to be more toned in the coming months. I'll share this information with her so that she can look into her options for doing hot yoga.

Great and amazing blog post written by the author on yoga and its benefits. I met a lady in 2012, who was 36 years old but looking like 22 because she was a yoga trainer and practice yoga daily.

It's cool that you mention that practicing hot yoga can help relieve stress. I have been having a lot of stress lately because of my divorce, so I'm considering joining a hot yoga class. I'm going to look for a good hot yoga class in my area in which to enroll.
