WHAT IS THE SYT METHOD (STRETCH YOGA THERAPY)
The Stretch Yoga Therapy, or SYT Method is a Stretch-Focused Yoga Therapy, where Yin Yoga meets Stretching and Physical Therapy meets Massage. It is deep tissue massage and fascia bodywork through stretching. Wayne Campbell’s SYT Method uses 100’s of organically created & practical therapeutic stretches choreographed into Stretch Flow Sequences within Stretch Series. There are 7 Variations of Stretch Technique within the SYT METHOD. These therapeutic stretches will address chronic muscle, joint, nerve pain & tightness. These Therapeutic Stretches, when done with consistency, will habituate your body towards muscle flexibility and joint mobility. This equates into a more flexible, mobile, pain-free body.
BECOME A CERTIFIED SYT METHOD TEACHEREnroll in Wayne Campbell’s Stretch Yoga Therapy SYT METHOD TEACHER TRAINING and become a Certified Stretch Yoga Therapy Teacher. As a Certified SYT METHOD TEACHER, you will be able to teach In-Studio & Virtual Group Led Stretch Yoga Therapy Classes, as well as offer Private One-On-One Stretch Yoga Therapy Sessions with individual clients. You will immerse yourself in musculoskeletal anatomy & Wayne Campbell’s Stretch Yoga Therapy Method of Therapeutic Stretching. The ideal person to teach the SYT METHOD is someone who’s lived with Chronic Pain & Tightness and who learns best through movement.

The Stretch Yoga Therapy Method was created by Licensed Massage Therapist, 500 Hour Yoga Teacher, Professional Dancer, National & International Yoga Champion, & Native Houstonian, Wayne Campbell, owner of Urban Fit Yoga Houston and the 2020, 2019 & 2017 USA Yoga National Champion (Mens 50+ División). Wayne Campbell initially developed his SYT METHOD to eliminate chronic pain and tightness he suffered from previous injuries and rejuvenate, transform his spine, lower back, muscles, joints, and total well being. He has systemized his ideas and concepts of Stretch Yoga Therapy into an organized Method that can be duplicated by teachers wanting to teach others how to live Pain-Free.
