Turns out, no one. It was just the raw, human stench of determination and bliss — and this was my introduction to Houston hot yoga.
Whether you practice yoga in Houston, in another state, another country, in a studio, outside, or in the comfort of your home, the benefits that you receive from your practice go well beyond that which you feel while you’re on your mat.
I love this time of year, I really do. As we speak, the front of my house is covered in Halloween decorations, from cobwebs with spiders, to spooky ghosts and hanging lights. I love getting into the spirit of the season, with my two young boys getting excited to dress up and go trick-or-treating, I find myself becoming excited as well.
Wellness is the new "diet." It’s the new buzzword attracting health gurus and enthusiasts by the masses.
